Your mission
Your Responsibilities
Lead the execution of one or more clinical studies, from planning through to close-out
Create and manage study timelines, milestones, and budgets
Coordinate CROs, investigators, and clinical sites
Oversee study start-up, monitoring, enrollment, and close-out activities
Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, ISO 14155, and applicable regulations
Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Development
Contribute to study-related documentation for regulatory submissions (EU MDR, FDA, others)
Support internal teams with training on study protocols and procedures
Create and manage study timelines, milestones, and budgets

Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
Minuimum 5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial management
Experience in medical devices (implantables or higher risk class devices preferred)
Strong understanding of GCP and clinical trial execution
Structured, hands-on, and proactive
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in Dutch and English
German is a plus
Able to travel occasionally (approximately 10%)
Living in the Netherlands within approximately 30 minutes from Eindhoven
Minuimum 5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial management
