As a Cleanroom Operator, you play a crucial role in manufacturing implantable medical devices used in clinical investigation studies. Your work directly impacts patients suffering from severe neurological conditions.

You will join Salvia’s production team and be responsible for the accurate and consistent manufacturing of implantable medical devices. All production activities are performed in a Class 7 cleanroom and consist of highly detailed, manual process steps carried out under a microscope, partially supported by equipment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive precision work and feels comfortable producing medical devices intended for human use.
Your Responsibilities
  • Perform manual manufacturing activities in a Class 7 cleanroom environment
  • Work with microscopes, tweezers, small syringes, and fine tools
  • Prepare, assemble, clean, and process medical device components
  • Perform silicone molding and interconnect technologies
  • Set up and operate equipment according to written work instructions
  • Inspect products according to specifications and quality requirements
  • Accurately complete production documentation and records
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
Your profile
  • Secondary vocational education (MBO)
  • English proficiency at B1 or technical level
  • Strong eye for detail and disciplined working style
  • Comfortable performing precise, repetitive manual tasks under a microscope
  • Experience in cleanroom operations, medical laboratories, or regulated manufacturing is a plus
  • Experience with documenting production parameters and process values
  • Familiar with cleaning and disinfection procedures and chemicals
  • Responsible mindset when manufacturing products intended for human implantation
  • Able to organize your workplace to optimize flow, accuracy, and results
