We are looking for a (Senior) Medical Affairs Specialist to strengthen the scientific and clinical foundation of our therapy. In this role, you generate and integrate evidence on safety, effectiveness, and mechanism of action. You provide medical input into clinical study design and analysis, support safety oversight, and act as the scientific link between clinicians, researchers, and internal development teams. You ensure that all medical communication is scientifically sound and aligned with our strategy. 
Your Responsibilities
In this role you will: 
  • Develop and maintain clinical and scientific evidence related to our therapy’s safety, effectiveness, and mechanism of action
  • Provide medical input into clinical study design, patient selection, and data interpretation
  • Support safety activities, including reporting, documentation, and committee coordination
  • Translate clinical insights into user needs and requirements for product development and validation
  • Lead clinical evaluation activities and contribute to risk management, complaints handling, and technical documentation
  • Ensure scientific accuracy across all externally facing medical and commercial communication
Your profile
You will be successful in this role if you bring: 
  • An advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Neuroscience, or related field (MD preferred)
  • At least three years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, or related roles in medical devices, neuromodulation, or neuroscience
  • A solid understanding of clinical research methodology and regulatory expectations for implantable devices
  • Experience interpreting complex clinical data and translating insights into clear guidance
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
  • A proactive mindset suited to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
