At Salvia BioElectronics BV in Eindhoven, we offer a challenging and varied position as Equipment & Tooling Technician (Medical Devices). In this role, you will work closely with Operations, R&D, and Quality, supporting our engineers in setting up, calibrating, maintaining, and improving advanced production equipment and tools. You will be the first point of contact for equipment-related issues and play a key role in keeping our manufacturing line running reliably.

Your Responsibilities

Maintain and service tooling and equipment used in production and R&D.
Perform equipment calibrations, maintenance, and qualification routines (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Ensure all documentation is in order: equipment records, calibration logs, maintenance reports.
Support and train production employees in the efficient use of specific tools and machines.
Partner with engineering on process improvements and scalability of operations.
Act as first-line support for troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.

Your profile

Completed MBO diploma in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a technical role (equipment maintenance, calibration, or tooling).
Skilled in the setup, optimization, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
Knowledge of cleanroom environments (Class 7 or lower) is preferred.
Experience in medical device assembly (e.g. silicone molding, interconnect technologies) is a plus.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Organized, structured, and accurate in your work.
A team player with a can-do mindset, but also able to work independently.
Motivated to grow with a scale-up company and help build scalable production processes.
